Do you have a cracking Paleo sweet recipe that needs to be shared with a wider audience?
Submit your Paleo sweet recipe to the UK Paleo Awards, and you could win this very popular category.
Whether you post recipes on your own blog, on a company blog, whether you are 'Paleo' or not, if your recipe contains Paleo-ingredients, it will qualify.
The closing date for entries is 25th May 2018 at midnight.
Please check the Entry Fees page for details of cost of entry.
Who Should Apply?
You post recipes online, either within your own blog or as part of a business website.
The recipes are accessible to all within a blog or website.
The recipe ingredients all comply to a Paleo diet (or Paleo alternatives are clearly suggested).
You do not have to follow a Paleo lifestyle yourself, it's just the recipe that has to be Paleo-compliant.
For bloggers, you must be resident in the UK (where it is a business website, the business must be registered in the UK). Submissions from non-UK residents are not permitted.
Your recipe must not contain any ingredients in the ‘What is not Paleo’ section of our Ultimate UK Paleo Guide.
If your recipe contains any ingredients in ‘The Grey Area’ of our Ultimate UK Paleo Guide, you may still enter your recipe but note that it may be marked negatively with products that have no items in ‘the Grey area’.
Your recipe can be either a meal you would typically consume at breakfast, lunch or dinner, or it can be a snack or dessert. It mjust be SWEET in nature. There is a separate category for SAVOURY recipes.
Please refer to the Ultimate UK Paleo Guide for a full list of what ingredients are, and are not, Paleo for the purposes of the UK Paleo Awards.
We strongly recommend that you read more about The Awards Process and our Terms & Conditions before submitting your entry. If you have any other questions in respect of the eligibility of your recipe, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have multiple recipes, you may submit more than one in this category.
How is the Award Decided?
Once entries close on 25th May, a high-level check will be carried out by the judging panel to ensure all entries are valid. The judges’ decision is final and they will be unable to enter into correspondence on the matter.
Where over 7 entrants are received in a category, they will be reduced down to 7 finalists. The judges’ decision is final and they will be unable to enter into correspondence on the matter. No refund is possible if your recipe does not make the final 7.
This category is based on a combination of public votes (collated on this website) and the judging panel. Please read The Awards Process page for details of the judging and voting process.
A winner and runner-up will be announced for this category.
